When Emma is not hiding in her coffin or convening with the dark forces, she spends her time writing, drawing, and and designing characters and worlds. Inspired by movies like Secret of Nimh and comics like Hellboy, Emma seeks to bring beauty to the odd. Rats, vermin, bugs, and bats---Emma invites you to see their beauty and value as she does. 

A student and lover of animation, Emma's work focuses on showing the complex emotional scope of characters, with an emphasis on drama, romance, comedy, and horror.
